ILL Renewal Policies/Information

  • Submit requests at least two weeks before due date
  • Lending Libraries may or may not approve the request
  • Renewal requests are made online using My ILL Request

Using My ILL Request

  • Library Card/Account - use your UCM Net ID, e.g. jdoe3
  • PIN - leave blank
  • Home Campus - select UCM
  • Click Login
  • Locate title in ILL list
  • Click Renew button

Problems renewing ILL books?  You need to use the VPN when off campus. 

Reminder:  When you don't return ILL books on time you jeopardize our library's relationship with the lending library.  PLEASE help us keep our good reputation by returning ILL books on time.
