Please allow a minimum of two weeks for your requested items to be digitized. Delays can occur when:
- the document is in poor condition (highlighted, marked with pen or pencil, torn, taped, folded, etc.)
- the document is printed on thin, discolored or poorly finished paper
- the document is of such poor quality that we have to acquire a better copy
- we have to secure copyright permissions before digitizing
