Steps for submitting electronic copies of theses and dissertation manuscripts to the Library:
- Contact the Graduate Division for an author agreement
- Complete the author agreement
(Depending on the level of access you specify in the agreement, your manuscript will be made available in ProQuest
Dissertations & Theses Database or the UC eScholarship Repository, and an archival copy stored in the Library)
- Return the author agreement to the Graduate Division for final approval
- The Graduate Division will forward an electronic copy of your manuscript and the author agreement to the Library
NOTE: Print manuscripts are not accepted by the Library
