Students can scan-to-email from any of the printer/copiers in KL 255.

The library also has two high resolution book scanners in KL 255, which are ideal for scanning book chapters, ring binders, and magazines. Place your book face up in the book cradle, under the curved hood. The scanner menu has a user friendly design that will walk you through the scanning process step-by-step. Your scan will be sent as a PDF to your email address, or you can save the file to a thumb drive.

The maximum scan size for the Zeta is 19" X 14". To accomplish this, you need to scan each page individually (rotated 90°) instead of two at a time, which is the average use case.

The maximum file size that can be sent via email on the scanners is 10mb. The number of pages that can be sent varies depending on size, resolution, and format of the scanned materials.
