Why am I getting duplicate emails about the same ILL request?

Answer

When a requested item from another UC is available for pickup, you will receive a notification directly from the lending library letting you know that it is available to be picked up here, at UC Merced. At this time we are currently sending out an additional email, from the UC Merced Library, while our community members adjust to the e-mails from other campuses. 

If you request an item from a non-UC organization, you should only receive an email from our library letting you know that the item is available for pickup.
