Why am I getting emails from other UC campus Interlibrary Loan (ILL) departments?


All of the University of California libraries migrated to a shared library system in July 2021. The system automatically sends out an email from the library that owns the item when it arrives at another campus. This means that when a UC item that you requested arrives at UC Merced, you will get an email directly from the campus that owns that item.

If the item that you request is borrowed from another library outside of the UC system, you will only receive an email from our library.
