There are several reasons why your ILL request may be delayed:

• Already checked out, lost, or not on the shelf at the other campuses
• In high demand (e.g. a best seller)
• The request had incorrect or incomplete information

Please allow at least 5 business days for your materials to arrive. Items ordered on Fridays are often processed after the weekend.
