How do I use eBooks?

Question title

Use UC Library Search, the unified University of California library catalog to search for ebooks, books, articles and more.

Start your search in UC Library Search (You must be connected the VPN to access materials off campus).
Enter your search term in the search box and select the UC Merced Catalog profile from the dropdown and click, Search.
When your results appear, check Online Items under Show, and check University of California, Merced under UC Libraries on the left side panel. Click Apply Filters.
Click the green Available Online link for the title you would like to read.
Under the View Online header, you will see a link to the Ebook platform (for example: Ebook Central). Click on the hyperlink to go directly to the Ebook title.
