Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for your requested items to be digitized.  Delays can occur when:

• the item is in poor condition (highlighted, marked with pen or pencil, torn, taped, folded, etc.)
• the item is printed on thin, discolored or poorly finished paper
• the item is of such poor quality that we have to acquire a better copy
• we need to request an item through interlibrary laon
• we need to purchase an item
