• Access to CatCourses is limited to UC Merced faculty, students, and staff

• There is no charge for access to digitized materials

• Students can choose to print out resources on any printer available to them

• It is a violation of copyright for UC Merced students, faculty, or staff to redistribute digitized copyrighted materials to those who do not have legal access to them

• The Library will place copyright notices on digitized copyrighted materials
