Yes, visiting scholars may check out library materials.
- To set up a library account, bring your CatCard (UC Merced ID) to the second floor services desk
- Books and DVDs may be checked out for 4 weeks
- 100 item limit
- No renewals
- Electronic resources (ebooks, journals) may be accessed while on campus or from off-campus using the VPN
- Off campus access will be available as long as UC Merced email account is active
