Steps for submitting electronic copies of theses and dissertation manuscripts to the Library:

1. Contact the Graduate Division for an author agreement.
2. Complete the author agreement.
   (Depending on the level of access you specify in the agreement, your manuscript will be made available in ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Database or the UC eScholarship Repository, and an archival copy stored in the Library)
3. Return the author agreement to the Graduate Division for final approval.
4. The Graduate Division will forward an electronic copy of your manuscript and the author agreement to the Library.

NOTE: Print manuscripts are not accepted by the Library
